My approach to personal training is scientific.

We're just finding out that a lot of the techniques the fitness industry has endorsed for years are ineffective at best and counterproductive at worst.

I make it my business to stay current with the science, and when it comes to fat loss and and lean muscle-building, I know what works.

I show my clients that what most people may perceive as working out hard is not the same as working out effectively in a manner that will help you reach your goals. My clients learn how to work out smart in a manner that produces real results without spending long hours in the gym and counting calories.
